Actually the journey began quite some time ago, but now the blogging begins about the journey. Restaurant life is full of intriguing aspects, which lead individuals to follow different directions and dreams. The direction I chose began with waiting tables, and has lead me to management, becoming a sommelier and wine director, and truly falling in love with this business.
