And so the journey begins ...

Actually the journey began quite some time ago, but now the blogging begins about the journey. Restaurant life is full of intriguing aspects, which lead individuals to follow different directions and dreams. The direction I chose began with waiting tables, and has lead me to management, becoming a sommelier and wine director, and truly falling in love with this business. We have many treasures throughout this country incorporated into the hospitality business. Whether you work in a wine shop or vineyard, a kitchen or dining room, an office or even your car we can all enjoy the Grapes of Life.
